Turbo7379 3 Posted December 7, 2006 My 1.9 feels shorter geared than any previous 1.9 I've driven & I think it may have been fitted with a 1.6 box . Is there any easy way to tell this ? From experience I know that the 1.9 has a longer 1st gear - maybe someone can tell me the max speed their 1.6 & 1.9 cars do in 1st gear ? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
