welshpug 1,657 Posted November 14, 2006 you could try making a tool as shown in the haynes manual, I've actually seen one in my local PSA specialist but they dont use it very often, hammer and chisel work better! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest rick03054 Posted November 14, 2006 I think I was unlucky but when I did this using a hammer the captive nut ended up bursting its casing and spinning, I've thought this may have been because I was hitting it at an angle.
