Does anyone know if the fog light glass from a 205 is the same as any other peugeot, 106, 306, 309? And if the internals are the same as any other peugeot.

Thanks.

no idea, I have driving lamps :)

I dont think the glass itself will fit but the whole unit off a 405 Mi16 and a P1 306 with the sport bumper will fit.

Sorry, have to change the title to Driving Lights LOL i knew that really. At the moment my 205 has a cracked glass & are also missing the internals (bulb & reflective backing) Had a look on ebay & theyre not cheap. Might get a quote from my Peugeot dealer.

about £25 each from GSF Dee, would be interesting to see how much peugeot do want for them.

also bear in mind that many of the ebay ones arent the same as the original ones, GSF supplied ones come from the same mould!

If I remember right the ones from Peugeot are around £40-£45 each and the surrounds are about a fiver each so not cheap.

NEAT Autos sell the O.E Siem ones for £24.97 Ea including the VAT here. Can't see the point in using inferior non 'E' marked Denji copies, that don't last very long( from personal experience :( ). When you can get the real deal for a fiver more.

It may also be worth checking the GSF ones, as these used to be the O.E. Siem ones and would be a bargain at £20+VAT Ea.

yup, the GSF ones are Siem ones, they do come in a Bosch box as Bosch now own the moulds.

Would the GSF ones be ...

T94912 SPOT LAMP-COMPLETE 205 £20 or

T94304 FOG LAMP LENS 205 GTi £20 or

T94306 FOG LAMP-COMPLETE 205 GTi £21.50 ??

Do the Ring ones fit ok as £20 for a pair sounds good if they directly replace the originals. Cant really fork out £50 for the ones forsale on the website.

T94912 are the ones (the clue is in the description ;) ), just noticed they're £6.50 cheaper than last year!!!

Personally I'd either have the right ones or not have any at all and save up for the right ones, others just don't looks right!

When I last tried GSF they gave me fog lights (although this was quite a while ago) I couldn't say which of the above they were as I just took them back and got OEM ones from Autofive.

I thought that only the Gti's were given Driving lamps and not fog lamps?

Damn I cant remember what my old stdt had now...Still I'm pretty sure that it was only the Gti's that were given them tho'.

You had better clarify because if its fog lamps and you go and buy driving lamps it just wont be right when your in the fog now will it!

If it is the case that your wiring is for fog lamps and what your wanting is driving lamps that not that difficult to acheive.

If you are getting them from GSF check which they are before you buy.

When I last enquired about them there they were trying to sell me Ring ones which look nothing like the oe or Denji ones & are a tight fit in teh valance.

Nice one, they've changed then, last year they only had the Ring copies at the Heathrow HQ.

I'll try my local GSF soon.

Just to clarify, is it the glass and reflector only or the whole driving lamp at this price?

Had them about 4 years now and still in mint condition.

Originals Pug got me over from France, think they were about £50 the pair.

Gave the back some hammerite as soon as I fitted them and a thin seal of silicon

on the join which comes off easy enogh if you need to change the bulbs.

Have some yellow headlight bulbs too somewhere. Used to buy them in

Calais supermarkets when yellow lights were the norm there a few years back.

Super Josh

The GSF ones are the complete lamp, with lens and plastic mount (like the bottom ones in your picture, only SIEM and not rubbish far east copies).
