rogerrally 0 Posted November 3, 2006 Just bought some S/H 405 gti mi 16 brake calipers, disks and pads of ebay, to go on my 1.9 205 . seller says they will fit under 15". Assuming the disks will be worn and the pads may soon need replacing, im trying to find out what the moderen compatible equivalent is: 306, or 206 180 Gti? will i need a 405 servo too? pug_ham 245 3 Cars Posted November 3, 2006 The brakes on the 405 Mi are 266mm & should fit under 14" alloys but the caliper carriers need some adjusting to fit the 205 as it catches the driveshaft. The same size discs are fitted to the 306 S16 & phase 2 hdi D turbo which fit the 205 1.9 GTi hubs. All cars with the same discs listed here. This topic should help. Graham.
