How Easy To Lower Torsion Bar?

as above please, want to try it myself, i have user of a set of 4 poster ramps

also, if i lower 40mm on front, am i to do torsion bar 1 or 2 notches,

Ha ha... but to be fair the articles on the main site have recently been moved to the side of all the technical sections to help with these kind of queries so they don't have to be continually asked for
