307 Brakes Specification

Danish law states that you can only install a modified braking system when it is certifed by the car manufacturer. So basically we are talking disc size, master cylinder and rear disks.

 

Does anyone have the different specs of various the standard 307 installations.

 

Master cylinder size, disc size front and rear.

There are two 307 installs (actually 3, but the third is still very uncommon).

 

1.4 and 1.6 versions: 266mm front disc diameter, 247 rear disc diameter, 22mm mastercylinder

 

2.0 version: 283mm front disc diameter, 247 rear disc diameter, 23mm mastercylinder

 

307CC 2.0 (180bhp): 302mm front disc diameter, 247 rear disc diameter, 23mm mastercylinder

283mm I thought that they were the same as the 206 180 @ 287mm (GTi-6 285mm)?

302mm for the 307CC will these discs fit the 283/287mm calipers?

no, gti-6 are 283x22 while 206/307 are 283x26.
