Choosing Spark Plugs From Pugspares

Good Morning All,

 

I was looking at service parts for my 1.9 8v, and was looking at spark plugs on pugspares.co.uk...

 

Im just curious as to why there is different spark plugs for CAT and non-CAT models?? and was wondering if anyone knows what the difference is??

 

The reason i ask is that my K reg had a CAT originally but was set up to run without the CAT, when the engine was rebuilt, so presumably i would select the non-CAT plugs!? surely there cant be much difference anyway can there?

Most CAT car's run with resistive plug's over non cat car's but you can use either in yours and you won;t notice any differance at all.

I'd just buy them from your local GSF or ECP, both do mail order as well and no doubt cheaper too
