Guest rick03054 Posted October 3, 2006 Yes 1.6 and 1.9 are the same, and if you have the (earlier) spring loaded tensioner you need the 113 tooth belt, if you have the (later) eccentric tensioner you need the 114 tooth belt. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Gtautotech 1 Posted October 3, 2006 cool just bought 113 teethe belt and spring loaded tensioner for my 1.9 gti, but bottom end has gone and might be buying an F reg 1.6 CTI tonight so i can put the belt and tensioner on that instead, new belt and tensioner hasnt evene been on the road yet just started it up in the workshop three times Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
