Doof 11 Posted September 25, 2006 Anyone fitted these to their pug? Im trying to get them on now and they're so tight im really struggling. Im trying to clamp the ball and the socket with some "mole grips" and im worried im gonna knacker the pins on the rods sockets before they pop on. Any suggestions? pj838 0 Posted September 25, 2006 (edited) Remove the little metal round pin first (sorry if thst sounds obvious) twist it then it slots back on after the ball is in the socket...? Mine went straight on were not tight. Pull the pin out of the ball with some pliers, put the ball in the socket, then slot the pin back through.
