chris1986 1 Posted September 18, 2006 hi, have searched and searched for the answer to this but can't seem to find it. when the crank pully is lock where it should be. where should the pistons be. mine are all 1/2 way down. does this sound right as i'm not 100% but the again i can't see why not? any help is great thanks oh and its 1.6 8valve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

luggy 13 Posted September 18, 2006 Hi Chris Yes this is correct. My 1.9 8v is the same found this out when I did the headgasket about 2 years ago, dont think theres any difference between the 1.6 and 1.9 unless anybody knows otherwise. Luggy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
