boombang 2 Posted September 6, 2006 What is the brown wire on the tachometric fuel relay - pin 30 - is it a positive or an earth? (I only ask as it is in an odd place on the 309 and I've ripped out the crap previous wiring and somehow have no idea!) Out of the plugs that go into the fusebox above the relays and fuses, what do the twin plugs bottom left do - possibly red wires? What fuse runs them? (again these were just cut in my car!) pugrallye 0 Posted September 6, 2006 (edited) pin 30 is normally permanent live (would double check wire) Edited September 6, 2006 by pugrallye
boombang 2 Posted September 6, 2006 Ta for that - was hoping so as it means I can run that from the cut-off inside the car. Seeing as so much of the electrics aren't standard I have no way of knowing if when the taccy cuts off it will actually cut off coil/management so putting as much stuff the other side of the cut-off as possible! I've checked our other 309 and there is nothing plugged into the lower left socket on the fuse box! Now just to work out where this random plug I have in the footwell came from!
