camgti 56 Posted August 27, 2006 As i will be completing the MI16 transplant later on this year. Im trying to decide what exhaust tip i would like. Im wondering if anyone has any Pictures of a Twin tip style exit. Im not wanting anything Rice Like, just something neat and tidy. Not sure if this is the right section to be asking. Im going to be keeping the Standard MI16 manifold and need to run a Cat. I will have an exhaust fitted from the manifold back. Was thinking 2.25in system with a Straight through muffler at the rear. Any opinions. I have searched and this seems to be the way to go. Will this be a bit loud. Maby another middle box perhaps... Cam Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
gti_al 1 Posted August 27, 2006 (edited) Reg from Af has a remus twin exit muffler on his S3... This is the only pic i can find quickly, but there are heaps of pics of his car around. It looks really good, but i think they are really expensive. I'm pretty happy with my devil though. It is pretty subtle, but it sounds great and is meant to be good quality. gti_al 1 Posted August 27, 2006 You made me curious cam... So i had a poke around and found some more pics of reggies car. This one shows it from side on, and it looks ok.
