Basic Stupid Question!

Stupid question I know but I havent got a manual and Haynes doesnt explain. Can someone just quickly run through the what all the dials on a GTi pod are for, noticed the top right dial is staying a bit low!

The top right and working your way round clockwise is oil temp, water temp, petrol , oil pressure, speedo and revs.

 

The oil temp normally stays a little low unless your driving it a little hard.
