Bally 4 Posted August 22, 2006 If I were to use 1.9 8 vavle con rods in an Mi16 what would be the disadvantages. also what about the liners, I know hey dont have the ribs, but we all know people here build some pretty crazy high output 8 valves and dont blow liners. Also the 8 valve rod is press fit while the 16 valve uses circlips to retain the gudgeon pins. Can I use them in a 16 valve? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
