Wheels!

Looking at some wheels, they are made by Alessio whom I've never heard of before. :P The offset is ET15, and they're 6.5 inches wide.

I'm looking at running 195 45 15 as I have at the moment as anything bigger will rub (XS arches <_< )

As they are ET 15 does this mean they are going to stick out further than the stnadard 1.9 alloy (et19 i think?)

alesio are italian wheel manufacturer and i don't like them much personally.

not only they'll stick out by 4mm (difference in offset) but they'll also be 0.5" wider overall (0.25" each side).

I had Allessio alloys on my old MR2 turbo, I think they were called "turbos" or something. They looked good when new but didn't stay that way for long, they were painted and this started to peel after about 3 years, especially badly on the inner of the wheeel, the bit thats hard to clean. The centre caps fell to pieces and after a visit to a drive in car wash whatever they sprayed on the wheels to clean them ruined them, the paint had gone almost black where they had spayed the stuff on, you could see where the stuff had run before it got washed off. Not sure if this was down to poor quality paint on the alloy or the monkeys at the place using acid! All in all they didn't last very long.
