lol, It was completely unintentional I can tell thee! Happened a good six months ago now when the regulator solenoid went, shall we say adrift.

Either I plumbed it in wrong, it broke or the wastegate got stuck closed. Safe to say I fixed it with a new regulator, but it was very thrilling for the few short

runs I held it at that pressure, and the sound :) but the boost was completely uncontrolled, loads of wheelspin. Boost hose popped off on the way home and spoilt my fun, Probably a good thing though!

The Eprom being fitted to my spare ECU above is dyno mapped to run boost and fuelling for 1bar of boost. :D

Will give you a rough idea Dan. http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...mp;#entry734265

No worries Spiky :D

apperently it's part of the peugeot sport kit fitted to some 205's with those side skirts and matching rear

with skirt ( wich I had and sold on), or made by Zender, or a Zender copy?!?!

Hi Dan, all the alluminium I/C pipework is 2.5" (64mm) O.D. with 1.6mm wall thickness making it nice and light!

I bought a kit of ebayUSA, silicone joiners/hose clips included were not all that. So I ended up buying some

silicone elbows/straight joiners with a 64mm I.D.

Similar to the kit I bought : post-6977-1196503874.jpg

2.5" I.D. silicone elbows are the perfect size for the XU10T. throttle body and to fit on the big solid alu pipe

that goes across behind the rocker cover area, that the cross-over pipe would usually go on!

Sam.

Thanks. I'm using a 1.9 head on 1.8 block though. Are those universal kits on ebay good value?

Looks great! Usually think Rallye arches need body coloured bumpers, but this seems to work as it is. Perhaps colour the bumper insert strip indigo blue too?

Thanks Jonny!

Incidently the remmapped chip and the XSI cam got sold, so will the car soon I think if I win an Mx-3 That I've just test driven..

..The turbo 205 will be missed :) But I will have a new toy to play with

The only work I'll be doing on it as of now are for the MOT this week.

Cheers for the suggestion though, maybe the next owner may do that.

Sam.
