Radiator Inlet/oulet Dimensions (gti)

I'm thinking about getting an alloy radiator made up while I'm over here (providing it's not too expensive!) I have a guy to email dimensions to but I had a question.

 

What size are each of the inlet/outlets?

The TD one (which I'll need) costs a fortune anyway (£80), I can probably get a FULL alloy (not just a core) one for £120 over here.

 

Whats the point in getting a Nissens one then?

forgive my asking, is the nissens ali radiator a direct replacement? is the dimension exactly same as the stock one?

Yep its just an OEM replacement, not uprated or anything.

Except the Nissens are aluminium and lighter than the normal 205 ones

i've recently had the larger rad made and the connections were 32mm.

 

make sure you double check that though .

I've just measued the sizes on a spare (nissens) radiator Ihave downstairs & the are 32mm.
