JayCC 0 Posted August 6, 2006 thanks mate! just noticed someone else has started this exact topic in the other forum! DOH!! i'll learn to use search button! lol I had this, it's going to be the passenger side wisebone bush, probably the front one. Jack the car up and grab the wheel. Try moving the wheel in every direction and check for play in the wishbone. Took me about 1-2 hours to replace (1st time i had done one) and £45 for the part. maxi 36 1 Cars Posted August 6, 2006 £45!!! Brand new full set of wishbones and bolts is under £20 from Peugeot! Where the hell is your main dealer?????? Pug Parts manager lives 2 doors down and with my discount the wishbones complete with bolts are a LOT more than that. I always run pattern ones and replace them roughly every 3 years. Guest 205_dave Posted August 8, 2006 Check for play in the hub/balljoint aswell. I had the same problem as you even after fitting polybushes, the hole in the hub that the balljoint pin goes into had ovalled out!
