Fuqa 0 Posted July 28, 2006 Bonnet release cable is broken, how can i get to open. if its snapped at the handle end, just reach up from under the front valance and give the cable a tug... thats how ive always done. the cable runs on the underside of the slam panel might be a bit tricky if uve got a mi tho Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

aeinstein 0 Posted July 28, 2006 did you sort it yet? mine did the same, and i crawled under it with a pair of pliers and reached up between the rad and the engine and felt for it by hand then used the pliers to pull it open. surprised how easy it came away. i'd only want to do it once though. al Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
