Electric Windows/central Locking

right on sunday i took the electric windows out of my motor and fitted them to my brothers(bitchass 205) gti

 

electric windows went in fine and all work. the drivers side central locking motor works(locks and unlocks) but the passengers side only locks and wont unlock again.

 

i thought it might be the motor around the wrong way but not sure.

 

has anyone got any ideas?

or a dodgy door handle where corrosion in the return springs stops it from fully seating closed maybe?

oh and by the way its just when using the central locking. its fine when you unlock it with the key or pull the pin up

Dont know, was opening it up and went to lean over to open the door and was already working.

fair enough. well ive still got to find out how the boot one works.
