mos 1 Posted July 18, 2006 Hi, i am going to fit a oil catch tank to my 8v twin carb setup i am planning on running a pipe or pipes from the oil filler cap to the catch tank with it breathing to air. does anyone know the sizes of the two openings on a gti filler cap, one is large and one small so i can order a tank with the right size openings and would i be better using one or the other openings on the cap or would i be better getting a cap with one opening such as an mi16 jobbie. i was thinking of getting a mocal catch tank would i be better with a 1ltr or a 2ltr size and am i right in thinking the the cap on a mocal tank acts as the breather to air so i dont need a k&n pipercross breather filter thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
