Does anyone know where I can get a manifold for my pug?

I want to fit Bike TB's to my 8v 1.9 the only problem I can't find a suitable manifold does anyone out there know where I can get one, how i can make one or get one made ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am going through this process at the moment. What I intend to do is modify the Mangoletti manifold that I recently bought. I am going to get a machine shop to open out the inside of the manifold to about ten mm deep, this will create a recess for the tb to sit in. I am then going to put an o ring on the recess on the tb which will make it airtight. The tb will be held in place with three grub screws that I will need to drill and tap into the manifold.

Hope that makes some sense.

I got one made for my TU3m by Bogg Bros -01944 738 234. Phone and speak to Steve,I sent him my mc itb's and he made it to suit my bodies even put a servo take off on. Very well made piece of kit, I think he'll even build them up with samco type hosing as well but check first.

I was lucky in that the TU3m has the injector holes in the head so I got away with using the std fuel rail.

You could maybe send him a spare fuel rail and see if he can weld the bosses on to the inlet manifold to the same spacings ?

Cheers-

cant see that working with them held on with grub screws!!!,my carbs have go a very sort length of hosing between mani and carbs so they can move, might be wrong though!!

They are held in the recess that I am going to create. The grub screws are just a securing method.

Nah itll probably be ok, you only really need to worry about vibration with carbs as it froths the fuel..

You could always be adventurous and make one, I made one for my carbs, theres a thread in misc technical somewhere.. It was a bit fo a pain to do, but saved me about 70 quid and a 5 week wait on a bogg one.
