Can I Use 205 Top Mounts + Grp N Rubbers...

Thinking about fitting some new top mounts at the same time as I overhaul the rest of the suspension, was wondering if I can use 205 mounts and Grp N rubbers, as GSF only stock the PAS steering version of the 306 ones (anyone know what the difference is??)

Group N rubbers yes, at least I would've thought so.

 

Top mounts, I can't say as I don't know how they fit through the inner wing on the 306 compared to the 205.

Nope, The top mounts are different, Not sure on the rubber either but I wouldn't have thought so either

Anyone know for sure on the rubbers, they look similar in the parts catalogue, and a couple of people think they are similar.

You cant use 205 top mount rubbers on the 306 as the 306 has the rubber built into the metal plate that bolts into the strut top mounting. So you have to fit the 306 part with the rubber mount with it.

thats a good question, i was wondering the same as i need some new top mounts and can't find any uprated 306 ones, only 205 ones

don't suppose anyone knows of anyone that supplies the 306 top mounts as well as 205 ones?

I havent seen 306 ones either - I always presumed it was because they are not just a rubber bush so the companys cant\dont bother!
