Ryan 99 Posted June 30, 2006 All 1.8 and 2.0 models. And some of the higher spec 1.6s too.
Guest rick03054 Posted June 30, 2006 I think it's pretty much all of them except the 1.4's. Just measure the discs to make sure it's the right ones.

Rippthrough 98 Posted June 30, 2006 minimal it is...... i was lucky that my balancing weights didn't touch but it was still close!!! look good though I put an mi16 wheel over a set at a scrapyard before I got my 266mm items, and they looked like they had quite a bit of room. j_turnell 137 3 Cars Posted June 30, 2006 (edited) You can still get your wheels balanced on the inside it just needs to be done on the outer edge which is what ive done. They fill the wheel nicely Edited June 30, 2006 by j_turnell
5150maxie 0 Posted July 1, 2006 just checking which 307 models have the same brakes as the 206 180??? and how do i make sure theyre the right ones before i buy them, off a breakers yard. cheers i got mine brakes of a 307 rapier think it was a 1.6 i measured the disc and could see the calipers would fit imo.i was looky cos they were near enough brand new discs ,pads and calipers.i have removed the N/S wheel weight with no probs.these brakes are awsome for my car with the mi16 engine in. they are the same as 206 gti180 so it sounds good but they stop good too.i am thinking of going for drilled discs soon ill see how they are priced. Simes 248 2 Cars Posted July 1, 2006 So what master cylinder are you all using? I've fitted a new standard 1.9 one but I find the travel is a little too long. 23.8mm one apparently doesn't give much modulation but I'd quite like to sample someones set up like this. Hilgie 16 2 Cars Posted July 1, 2006 I have it setup with a 23mm one and the pedal travel is back where it used to be with old brakes.
Rippthrough 98 Posted July 1, 2006 Standard MC, didn't get any more travel?
j_turnell 137 3 Cars Posted July 2, 2006 Im also running standard MC and find the travel a little eccessive so i will be upgrading to a larger one at some point although i am getting used to it.
Simes 248 2 Cars Posted July 2, 2006 I've just bought a 405 22.2mm one - will let you know once I get round to fitting it.
