Edd-XS 0 Posted June 29, 2006 At work (halfords!) Ive decided im fed up of selling 17"s for 1.2 corsas and interior neons so im making the effort to try and get some decent tuning/performance parts in. Having recentely found out that we are just starting to deal with SFS hoses (and hopefully nismo and other jap tuners in the near future) ive got in contact with head office and set up an account with SFS. Spoke to a decent guy down there called Lee who sent us through some demo bits and pieces and they're stuff seems genuinely pretty darn good and prices look decent too! Unfortunately, they dont do peugeots! They do specialise in making bespoke hoses and kits though and so i was wondering if there are any bits and pieces that would be good for Mi conversions or similar that enough people would be after to possibly try and put a group buy together? I should be able to get a decent price on stuff aswell but thought id ask here first before I bothered them. I will probably get some Mi shortened induction hoses made up as an example but would more people be after these? What do people think? Edd
jackherer 543 Posted June 29, 2006 Mi induction hoses are something I'd be interested in... however Stew205 (Baker Bushes and Mounts) is supposed to be making hoses soon so you may not have much of a market on here.
sonofsam 5 Posted June 29, 2006 I dont know about anyone else but a set of bespoke water hoses for the 2.0L T. conversion would be a god send. SFS are good, i contempating buying from them in the past as they do black hoses, were most dont seem too.
Edd-XS 0 Posted June 29, 2006 Ahh I forgot stews hose kits included the induction ones too! They seem like a good bunch to deal with and after having a look at their prices they seem pretty good too! There forte is producing what hose you want as quickly as possible, I suppose this is what they've done to make them more competative over people like samco. Be interesting to see just how quickly they can churn out a modified hose though! Edd

Guest CB-Dave Posted June 29, 2006 there's a place called MST UK in Consett, Co Durham supply SFS with the raw materials to make their hoses and have some bits of tooling to make their own up... give them a bell on 01207 591291
