Guest Dee-STDT Posted June 28, 2006 It may be perfect for the winter weather but my STDT is continously pumping out boiling hot air through the heaters even when it's swtiched round to cold...if it was luke warm i wouldnt mind but it really is boiling hot air... any suggestions about how i can resolve this? jackherer 543 Posted June 28, 2006 the flap in the dashboard that diverts air over the heater matrix must be disconnected from the heater dial. you're going to have to take the dash out to fix it unfortunately. alternatively you could disconnect the two pipes from the heater on the bulkhead and join them together, and put them back when the weather turns colder...
