Yes and Yes

Really? What's the difference between the two? I'm using a 2ltr flywheel on my 1.9 MI and its fine, i've got a 1.9 flywheel that I compared it to and the timing teeth are identical so I used the 2ltr one because it was in slightly better nic. Is there a weight difference?

In terms of timing, the 1.9L 8V Motronic and Mi16 (both 1.9L and 2.0L) flywheels are identical. The all have 60-2 teeth, dowelled in exactly the same position, so you can swap them around as much as you like. They also make a great degree wheel, as each tooth equals 6 degrees!
