Neosophist 0 Posted June 13, 2006 Anyone know of any common areas, to check? When turning the steering wheel, breaking and accellerating theres a general creaking sound from the front of the car, it sounds just like the broken 205 rear axel creaking. I've had it on stands this afternoon but the rain hasn't helped but to no avail, going to have another crack at it tommorow so any pointers would be handy, i've tried lubricating the bottom ball joints but they seem ok. Guest cknotty Posted June 13, 2006 Off the top of my head, I would suggest strut top mounts, TCA/wishbone bushes and anti roll bar bushes? Probably not so likely to be engine mounts, but worth checking them over just in case Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
