Suspension Upgrade

Recommended Posts

Guest alexunmodded

hi puggers, recently bought myself a completely standard 205 1.9 and love it to bits, handles so sweetly but i think it can be improved further, think it may need lowering a tad as i think the car rides a little too high

so far i have upper and lower strutbraces on the way,can anyone recommend a good road/track set up that dont ride too harsh for the car,i am budgeting for around £300

thanks :)

Yep i also had Konis on my old car and have been transferred to the new one too, i used the springs that the shocks came with, thought they were great, but didnt lower to -35mm as advertised, more like -30mm

I think the yellow Konis are slighlty more than £300 for a full set, not much more though.

For that price, you'll never look back, will completely transform the handling and its cracking to start with.

Little tip for you my friend, leave the rears on the softest setting and dont go out in the rain with the fronts wound up too much either :)
