Injectors Bmw E30 M3 With Adjustable Pressure

I want to know if i can run the fuel injectors from the old BMW M3 with 4 Cylinder engine running on an adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator in my MI16

 

Would this match? I run my engine with inlet manifold from the GTI-6 wich is fitted with a VAG 5E throttle body, there are cams from Schrick, on the inlet-cam is a vernier pulley from the XUD9 mounted, the head is polished and plant

What VAG cars have the Vag 5 e throttle body?,Do skoda use any of them?
