Edd-XS 0 Posted June 4, 2006 My mates giving me his old recaros out of his R5 GTT and was just wondering if anyones ever fitted them? theyre not the mintest of seats but they seem nice and supportive and will do till i get some nice imolas or something! any ideas? engine killer 6 Posted June 9, 2006 i have a pair of Recaro from Audi Sport Quattro installed in my pug. the easiest to do is fabricate a "H" shape subframe by using thick steel instead of get it from shelf (because i don't think you can find it easily). bolt the rail on the "H" subframe and then bolt the subframe to the chassis. a lot of careful measurement and drilling is needed. since room is very limited, washers to raise the seat a bit is needed in my case.
