Tracking Settings For 309 Set Up?

Recommended Posts

Garry

Hello all,

I am going to get my tracking done at the weekend, as it is way off since changing a wishbone, I presume I get it set up the same as a 309?

Unless anyone can recommend any different settings, my set up is in my signature, I use the car for fast road and track.

Thanks

Parallel to a smidgen of toe-out is how I get mine setup (by someone that build and sets up rallycars, so he should know what he's on about) and I think it drives spot on afterwards - it tramlines a little more than standard like that, but it turns in much better

Likewise toe-out slightly, handles very well.

Are there any guides on how to accuratly do it yourself rather than take it to a garage?

I've only got mine done by eye at the mo since changing to 309 gear.

There is a post about it on the forum somewhere and im sure there are guides on the net.

You can do it with bits of string and stuff.

I'd try to find some second hand dunlop gauges though, as thats by far the easiest way of doing it yourself.
