spare wheel cage is not there .

happens more on bumps thats why i posted in suspension thinking it may have somethink to do with the rear when car i parked i have rocked the car up down side to side get no knock so only when in movement also only since i had it up on the ramps touched nothing underside just looked ,check over being new car to me . sounds like a missfire ow Exhaust has no knock nether when i move it around when parked up

just been looking at it and if you lift the rear end up and push it down in that sort of motion it happens not as loud as when you are driving but the rear seems soft too the whhel seems as if its closer to the rear bumper then the other side of the arch ? its not been lowered ????

The fact that one wheel is slightly closer to the rear than the other is not always a problem (it's been discussed several times before).

Pugtorque is probably the closest bet with a knackered shock absorber lower bush or loose top mounting bolt. You need to get your hand up there and have a feel whilst someone gently bounces the rear end of the car.

It is very likely though that rear beam will be in need of some attention at some point, they pretty much all do to be honest.
