Rob Thomson 6 Posted May 24, 2006 I tried fitting new inserts to my Rallye on Saturday. Total nightmare from start to... when I gave up. It's little things, like you can't get a socket on the top drop-link nut because the steering arm's in the way. And getting the top-mount nut off is even more of a pain in the arse than on a 205 (note to self: buy an impact gun). What really brought me a halt was the screwed cap that holds the insert into the strut body. Couldn't get it off, gave up, and paid my mate to sort it all and put it back together again. It's a fecking great little car to drive now it's sorted, but it really wound me up.... Grrrrr.... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
