Guest speeddemon Posted May 22, 2006 ive decided my 205 gti 1.9 needs a sports exhaust, now ive been lookng in to magnex as ive heard nothing but good, and have decided to go for a magnex, ideally i want a second hand one because as we all know new they arent too cheap! but its almost impossible to find a second hand one if you ask me!they must be like gold dust, well ive found a second hand one BUT its not a straight through,will it make much difference or should i hold on to get a straight through? cheers 4 any advice graham Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
hengti 2 Posted May 22, 2006 changing the exhaust system in isolation won't produce any more power as the oe system is v good some systems even lose power (small amounts - you wouldn't notice) some of the tubular manifolds are good though, and do work magnex systems pop up quite a bit on here. the piper system is good too - thicker steel - better made, but i've not seen any come up second hand Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
