Guest mitchtech Posted May 8, 2006 (edited) I have transplanted a 1.9 8v engine into my 1.6 205gti. Looking at the donor car, i see that it has a traditional looking externaly mounted coil. but my old 1.6 has the coil mounted on the top of the inlet manifold. Could anyone advise on what i do as regards wiring a coil up etc please? Or do i just bolt my old 1.6 inlet manifold/coil assembly on?
