jonD6B 0 Posted May 1, 2006 How do you tell if an unrecognised front 205 strut has a shock with a standard length stroke or a shortened stroke? The spring drops the ride height about 30mm on the strut. Is there a standard length for a shock to travel? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
C_W 3 1 Cars Posted May 2, 2006 There is a standard length to travel and then you get shortend rods in aftermakrt sport shock absorbers, however I don't know the lengths on either. What I do know is tht Koni Sport shock absorbers aren't much shorter (if anything) than standard and run fine on my lowered 205. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
