Urgent Carb Conversion Help Needed

Im just putting R1 carbs on the 205 but it wont start. theres fuel in the carbs but looks like no spark present. with ignition on theres no voltage at the coil either. please help my cars in bits.

OK, got a spark. Need to rip the ecu out and rewire the coil, I had to plug old fuel pump in for it to work. Started straight off but idled at 2k, unfortunatley it peed water out the head where the mani hadnt selaed right. Ive sealed it now and its still sparking but not starting. I think its possibly just sucked water into the bores. I'll work it out later. Way too hungry now
