andymi16 0 Posted April 28, 2006 Seems the wrong way round I know! Im swapping engines between my Mi16 and 1.6 because the new 1.6 Ive sourced is in a far better state. I need the 1.6 up and running for work so its my priority for the time being. So far I have both engines out. I have swapped ECUs and all ECU related wiring. A mere virgin when it comes to conversions, or any engine wiring at all in fact! So Id appreciate your help. Do I need to swap any wiring from the other loom? ( battery side?) I noticed when taking the Mi out, that a power feed ran from the battery side loom into the ECU loom. Power to injectors? The 1.6 loom had no such feed. Is this the only modification to make?
