ecksstore 0 Posted April 26, 2006 Hi My Mi is giving grief again, firstly it starled with a small jerk whilst driving like a momentary loss of power especially when on a stredy throttle, it has now progressed to really kangarooing like i am pumping the throttle pedal to an almost undriveable manner. It is rumming bx 16v management Any ideas folks?? fuel pump maybe? (its a standard 1.6 item) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ahl 4 Posted April 26, 2006 It could be fuel related, but it could also be an ignition problem. Does it do it more so when its damp outside? I'd start by checking the dizzy cap, rotor arm and the ignition leads (somewhere dark so you can see the electricity if they are earthing).
