well i was driving as suddenly the rev counter drops to ZERO and engine is still working on idle rev as i pushed the clutch the rev came back to fitted measurment of speed...(sometimes it doesnt work out and the car goes off).

also when in reverse gear the car goes off all the time only if i push the pedal for lot of gas.

Check the condition of the earth strap (- connection from the battery to engine/bodywork) as it sounds it may be earthing through the clutch cable / accelerator cable.

You might have plugged the reversing light connector into the ecu coolant temp sensor and vice versa. Do your reversing lights work?

reverse light switch is on top of the gearbox

ecu temp sensor is on the side or back of the thermostat housing.

well i didnt had a reverse light because of a dead unit.

i solved the problem after checking up on the ignition module connector.

turn out that one of the wiers had back a little bit and dodge out from the connector.. so at high reves when the engine moves... it had missconnection..also in reverse gear when engine is signiffecently moves..

thx anyway
