I got some Konis second hand. The fronts seem stright forward to adjust as its just adjustable struts. the rears however I cant work out. Theres a sticker that shows the adjustment direction and a picture that looks like you slip something out the outer body and turn but I cant see how. Anyone know?

You slide the black plastic disk up the shocker, underneath is a button, you hold that pressed while you turn it, it will click as you turn in, cant be done on the car AFAIK

There are quite a few threads on what settings to use on these shocks as they are supremely stiff relative to the front Konis; I use softest setting on the back which is still stiff, going stiffer and the rear constantly hops.

yeah I have noted the rear shocks are practically solid at the moment. To the point I cant press thm in at all by hand. If I bash the end hard it does move about 2 mm. I'm going to soften the backs as much as possible then harden the fronts asthey seem fairly soft to try and get a balance.
