Boost And Inlet Temperature Question

What would be / is an ideal inlet charge temperature on a TD 205 , as when i used to play about with ERST ideal would like to be @ 45'c ,

 

What temperature are people getting with the 306 set up or even the xantia set up , or there own personnal 1. Info appreciated

 

 

Also how much boost can be run when using veg oil, although im 50/50 at the mo
