Torsion Bars For Gravel Rallies

Recommended Posts

casnell

Anyone got suggestions for an appropriate size rear Tosion bar for gravel rallies? I'm using DrummondMotorsport Coilovers on the front, and bilstein rear shocks. And while we're at it, any advice on connecting/disconnecting the front ARB for dirty fun...

and no, the car doesn't normally understeer like my avatar pic lol!

Its the factory build manual for the various cars that Peugeotsport entered in rally's listing what the factory specced cars settings were.

Its available for download from the PSOOC members area, obviously you have to join up though to get access to it.

Graham.

Disconnecting the front ARB should give you more suspension travel on rough stages. Check your local regs though because it might not be legal. I know Kev Furber was disqualified from a Peugeot Challenge round back in the day for running without a front ARB connected.

Its free to download in PDF format. The site has a load of other useful info on Peugeots and also a few more build manuals for other makes of cars.
