Long time since last update now. This winter I've been collecting parts for my new engine, still 8 valve. Forged rods, custom forged pistons, new liners, 1953cc, 43mm inlet valves, 12,5or 12,7 CR, palnning tu run with 30 to 40% E85. Also new paint in engine bay and engine, and some redesign (all covers powdercoated and new gold anodised bolts and so, and new oilcooler and cooling fan.

I also mounting a PAS rack with 2,1 lock to lock with Selholm Tuning electric pump.

Pics in a week or two, when some results can bee shown.

It's a complete new GpN steering from Xsara. Stright fit, just a custom bottom steering axle and the rest is plug and play.

Pump from here:

http://www.sellholm.se/

He also can custom made ratios for PAS racks, if you send parts for meassurements.

I bought my rack second hand(new spare) don't know partno, Citroen Sport unit I think.

Here is a pic of the pump. Dimmensions are aprox 13 x 25 cm

PAS rack, need some grinding and paint at the back, caused by stroage;

Althoug this was ment to be used on Xsara VTS'98, none of the lower steering axles for this model fitted. I found out that the part from a XM TD fitted the splines, so I am going to cut a section of these and weld to the 205 axle:

Looking forward to try the new steering on the car. Should be nice in tight bends :(

Thanks.

It's from an automatic version. Maybe still availiable from Pug dealer and this company has ads for them, look under body parts:

http://www.autofive.co.uk/home.htm

Or look at a scrapyard.

Project is moving slowly forward, I have't the time needed by the moment, but all major parts are finished(engine, steering, ++). Hope to get back on track next summer.

Rear beam is a modified 205.

The wheel colour is Toyota 152, with half matte clear coat on top.

I really remember wheelcenter-arch distance, but I guess a 60mm drop. I know many think that is too low and makes handling bad, but it has worked ok for me with the mods I've done.

Love this car

I now have the same front bumper you have on this car after months of searching

Might look into making a mould so i can reproduce these in both fibreglass and carbon fibre if there is enough interest?

Keep up the good work Espen

I think you would get a few takers if you can reproduce this bumper to a good standard mate
