richors 0 Posted April 15, 2006 Hi - I have been told that to remove the alternator on the Mi engine in a 205 that due to a bolt not getting past the bodywork, the engine has to come out. Rob Turbo 3 Posted April 15, 2006 As far as I know you dont have to completely remove the bolt to remove the alternator, as long as its fully unscrewed just pull it as far out as it will go then lift the alternator, there is a slot in the alternator bracket to remove it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
