The holes under the arches should be fine left as they are,the ones in the doors i will plate from the back with a slice of ali and filler,used Galvaplast,its the ones were you cant get to the back of them thats the pain. last time round i think used araldite and a small piece of mesh to atleast have something to bond over/onto Spotted a tub of liquid putty steal plastic type stuff at work,might be worth a little go on.
