timmsy19 3 Posted April 10, 2006 (edited) Hi again everybody ive just been looking though the foldershare pics and found a really nice kit i think its the maxi kit but also has the even wider arches on!!! ive been looking at this topic and have got a few more questions: how hard is this to fit? will i need to fit a wider track or can i get away with spacers? also what kit is this? Jonmurgie 2 Posted April 10, 2006 Link to pic doesn't seem to work... You can run spacers but going with a 309 rear beam and from wishbones/driveshafts would go a long way to helping fill the arches
timmsy19 3 Posted April 10, 2006 (edited) i was thinking of doing the kit first then do the engine and beam afterwards because of my insurance woo's. Maxi kit??? Edited April 10, 2006 by timmsy19
roland rat 11 Posted April 10, 2006 not sure about the rest of the kit on the 205(think it my be a kit by rh motorsport)but the front bumper is deffo a 106 s2 rallye/gti jobbie costom mounted.leave the body kits to the go faster stripe gang and save your pennies for a gti.i did and best desision i ever made!!! sonofsam 5 Posted April 10, 2006 Think i heard somewere that the french boys use a modified 306 rear beam and special wishbones to gain the extra girth, dont think 309 beam and spacers would cut it. This is how wide that will get you. Maxi kit I reckon it would be proper difficult to fit,if you had no experience with big body-kits,let alone the expense of buying it. Still ,sexy as Clara Morgane on a hot day in Paris licking an ice-cream

(correct me if im wrong ) this kit is the serious track or rallye user hardly boy racer type. by the time ive save enough pennies and my insurance comes down in 5 years then there wont be any 205gtis left they will all either be Mi16's or would of been rusted/crashed
