Wires To Heater Motor Relay-where Do They Go To?

Just baught a new pug (j reg miami blue 1.6).The heater motor isn't working so I tested the wires going in to it and there's no power.I replaced the relay with a good one and still nothing.I need to check the wires going into the relay but I don't know which are which ther'es a blue one a red one and a white one.I presume one is earth and the other two are live.Is this correct and does anyone know where they go to so I can test the output of that aswell?
