Miles 331 1 Cars Posted April 8, 2006 You pay for what you get, Billies or AST's are much better in my view, and we've tested this to find out
roland rat 11 Posted April 9, 2006 on a real tight budget as theres other aspects of my car i also wish to improve on aswell.would love billies but just too expensive!!if i buy the gaz kit it will only be for a year or so.all i wanted to know is that if its a tidy piece of kit for the money? Ahl 4 Posted April 9, 2006 Miles, could you elaborate a bit on your findings of GAZ vs Bilstein etc. I take it you're talking about race applications?
Miles 331 1 Cars Posted April 9, 2006 If you look at the Gaz's now, They now sell a 2 way damper which works more like normal dampers, To put things simple, You push down the older Gaz damper and you would think it's knackard. Also they tend to run stiffer springs to over come this which isn;t good on a Race or Road car, So I would use the std Sportline Billies over them my self
